Production Manager

Job Title: Facade Production Manager Location: Bhiwandi Mumbai - India Company: Shreeji Facade Systems Pvt. Ltd. Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Façade Production Manager to oversee and manage the manufacturing of windows façade systems.

The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery. ️ Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day façade production operations (doors, windows, aluminum, glass, ACP, unitized systems, etc.) Plan production schedules and ensure timely execution of projects Monitor production processes to maintain quality standards Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams Optimize resource utilization (manpower, machinery, materials) Ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency Handle production-related issues and troubleshoot delays Maintain production reports and documentation Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Civil Engineering or related field 8+ years of experience in façade production or manufacturing Strong knowledge of doors & windows façade systems and materials Experience in handling factory operations and team management Good understanding of quality control and safety standards Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
