Production Manager

Your new role As Production Manager, you will play a pivotal leadership role, overseeing all production activities within a specialist fabrication environment. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and to exacting quality standards.

Working closely with design, project management and procurement teams, you will translate drawings and programmes into clear production plans while managing workflow across fabrication, welding, finishing and installation. This role offers real autonomy and influence, with a clear mandate to lead people, improve processes and support the business through its next stage of growth. What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this role, you will bring proven experience from a heavy fabrication environment, with a strong technical understanding of fabrication and welding processes.

You will be comfortable reading and interpreting complex drawings and leading multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced production setting. Strong organisational, communication and leadership skills are essential, alongside a genuine commitment to health, safety and quality. Experience driving continuous improvement and developing people will stand you in good stead in this highly visible management position.
