We are Hiring - Production Manager - Electronics Manufacturing (Kochi) About the Role As a Production Manager, you’ll take ownership of our electronics hardware production, PCB assembly, testing, and team performance. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who knows how production really works and enjoys leading people. Location: Kochi Salary: Industry standards (based on experience) Job Responsibilities Plan and manage daily production activities for electronics hardware & PCB assembly Lead, guide, and motivate the production team Coordinate with Stores, QA, Engineering, and Vendors for smooth operations Ensure on-time production with high quality and minimal rework Resolve production and quality issues quickly and practically Improve processes, productivity, and workflow efficiency Support automation and better manufacturing practices Ensure safety and compliance in the production area Report production performance to management Key Requirements Minimum 3+ years of experience in electronics or electrical manufacturing Started career at Production Technician / Assembly / Line-level role Currently or previously handled a team (Technician Lead / Supervisor / Assistant Manager) Experience in: PCB Assembly, Electronics testing & quality checks, BOM handling & component coordination Education B.Tech / Diploma in Electronics or Electrical Engineering Added Advantage Experience in IoT hardware, EMS, or electronics product manufacturing Exposure to Lean Manufacturing / Process Improvement / Kaizen Comfortable working closely with teams Company Description Perleybrook Labs Inc is a video analytics company focused on solving complex Safety Engineering and Workforce Management challenges for manufacturing enterprises.
