Create a new future. Apply Today. Position overview As a Production Manager, you will lead daily manufacturing operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high‑quality production.

You will drive team performance and continuous improvement while maintaining operational excellence across safety, quality, and cost. Key responsibilities include: Manage daily production plans and activities Optimise workforce and production efficiency Drive improvements in safety, quality, and cost Ensure availability of materials and smooth operations Lead and develop production teams Monitor performance and budgets Maintain SOPs and ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards What we are looking for: Technical degree in engineering or related field Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes Experience with lean methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma, 5S, TPM) Proven leadership and team management skills Strong problem‑solving and communication skills Ability to plan, prioritise, and deliver results Analytical, organised, and results‑driven mindset Ball Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
