Production Scheduler & Operations Associate (Onsite – San Diego, CA) We are seeking a Production Scheduler & Operations Associate to join a growing technology manufacturing organization in San Diego. This is a hands-on, onsite role supporting daily business operations, production scheduling, and internal coordination across departments. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update daily production schedules and operational data within a custom ERP system Communicate regularly with customers regarding order status and shipment timelines Assist with logistics and international shipments , including customs documentation when needed Support light accounting and bookkeeping activities , such as invoice review, expense classification, and timesheet coordination Coordinate purchase orders , vendor communication, and inventory tracking Assist with internal operations including HR support, recruiting coordination, and company events Collaborate closely with operations leadership and engineering teams Qualifications ~ Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Operations, Accounting, or related) ~2–5 years of relevant experience in operations, administration, office management, or production support ~ Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities ~ Experience with tools such as ERP systems, Excel, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar is a plus ~ Comfortable in a small company environment where responsibilities vary day to day ~ Stable employment history strongly preferred Work Environment Full-time, onsite role in San Diego Fast-paced, collaborative team Long-term growth opportunity for the right generalist profile
