As a Product Manager, you will own the full end-to-end product lifecycle — from leading the initiation and discovery phase through to successful delivery. You will play a crucial role in driving the development of our product by collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers, as well as working directly with the Head of Product to ensure the roadmap reflects business needs and customer demands. You will be responsible for leading discovery and scoping new initiatives, managing the product backlog, prioritizing features, and ensuring successful delivery to meet business goals.

Must have requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a Product Owner/Product Manager role.
- Highly important: Proven experience & knowledge in trading / infrastructure technology
- Background in engineering, computer science or related technical field.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Extensive and proven experience with using AI and the latest methodologies
- Strong ability to define product requirements, create user stories, and manage a product backlog.
- Expertise in data gathering and quantitative analysis (SQL, data visualization)
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar project management platforms.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and cloud-native technologies.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge between technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience with FIX protocol is an advantage.
- Solid knowledge of crypto and digital assets technology
- Business fluency in English.
