Job Description

We are looking for a full-time, remote Product Manager, Compliance with 3+ years of product management experience to join our U.S. client.

In this role, you will work closely with a U.S.-based Product Manager, an India-based engineering team, and a U.S. customer success team to drive day-to-day product delivery across multiple compliance-focused SaaS products. This is a hands-on execution role built for someone who is highly organized, thrives managing multiple workstreams simultaneously, and drives things to closure without being chased. You will own requirements gathering, sprint planning, backlog grooming, UI/UX evaluation, and direct customer conversations — while the Product Manager maintains overall strategy and vision.

You will also be expected to develop working knowledge of U.S. environmental and fuel-retail compliance regulations, with structured onboarding and training provided.

Our client provides industry-leading environmental compliance, fuel management, and facility maintenance software used by major fuel networks, including global brands. Their platform helps companies monitor and optimize operations by delivering real-time insights, automating compliance tasks, and ensuring site uptime.

With a mission to make sustainability and operational efficiency seamless, our client is transforming how fuel networks operate. As part of their dynamic, fast-paced engineering team, you'll have the opportunity to work on cloud-based, data-driven solutions that have a direct impact on performance, compliance, and environmental responsibility.

  • Collaborate with the Product Manager on larger roadmap items and strategic priorities
  • Bring ideas — as you develop deep product and customer knowledge, your input on roadmap direction is welcomed and expected
  • Conduct regular reviews of the product UI/UX to identify usability gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, or AI-assisted mockups to communicate design ideas to engineering and stakeholders
  • Partner with the Product Manager to prioritize design improvements based on customer impact
  • Develop working knowledge of U.S. environmental regulations relevant to fuel retail, underground storage tanks (UST), and ATG/tank monitoring systems
  • Apply regulatory context when writing requirements and evaluating product decisions

Required Experience

  • Excellent English communication skills — comfortable leading live, unscripted conversations with U.S.-based customers and team members
  • 3+ years of product management experience
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple products and competing priorities simultaneously
  • Self-driven — moves work forward and closes open items without needing to be chased
  • Demonstrated experience running customer-facing meetings independently
  • Experience writing and grooming tickets with an engineering team
  • Available and responsive during U.S. business hours (9am–5pm ET/CT) on a consistent basis
  • Proven delivery experience in a vibrant, dynamic startup environment
  • A collaborative approach, a can-do attitude, and a relentless pursuit to attain goals and solve problems
  • Trustworthy, team-oriented, and transparent

Desired Experience

  • University degree or relevant industry experience
  • Compliance background is a plus
  • Prior experience working with a U.S.-based or offshore engineering team in a remote setting
