Job Description
Product Manager – Digital Health & Diagnostics Solutions Mandatory Skills - Healthcare, LAB (Quanum eLabs) Key Responsibilities Own and define the product vision, roadmap, and delivery for digital products across diagnostics workflows, from intake to patient reporting. Collaborate with Digital Product Analysts, UX/UI, Engineering, DevSecOps, and Business Stakeholders to ensure alignment across customer needs, technical feasibility, and strategic objectives. Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management, including requirements gathering, feature prioritization, sprint planning, UAT, and post-release tracking.
Facilitate agile ceremonies and work as part of an Agile delivery team supporting multiple product backlogs and release cycles. Lead product discovery, customer research, and market analysis to validate product ideas and continuously enhance offerings. Document and manage user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria, translating business needs into clear functional and non‑functional requirements.
Coordinate with regulatory and QMS teams to ensure solutions meet compliance, security, and data governance needs. Support product validation and quality assurance throughout the development cycle and ensure timely release readiness. Deliver product KPIs, dashboards, and insights to inform leadership decisions and guide continuous product improvement.
Drive digital transformation initiatives, innovation planning, and contribute to enterprise strategy via Hoshin or breakthrough planning models. Facilitate user journey mapping, prioritization techniques, and inception workshops to foster alignment and accelerate value delivery. Owns the timeline, budget, resource constraints, and deliverables/results.
Understand the long‑term support strategy and its relevance to support innovation. Analyze opportunities, risks, strengths, and weaknesses, as well as the derivation of critical issues of the future and the purpose and vision of what customer wants to achieve with innovation. Source, identify and instill innovative best practices to maximize the value of existing technology and practices for customer digital products.
Demonstrate and share knowledge of emerging innovations around digital products to support team. Develop and seek innovative ideas from a wide variety of sources, internal and external, collect, evaluate, and select ideas actively search for ideas and innovative technologies outside the company. Develop effort vs benefit‑based business cases to examine whether an innovation is worth doing or worthy of funding.
Required Qualifications 5–8 years of experience in product management, digital product ownership, or product analysis—preferably in healthcare and Lab sciences. Must have hands‑on domain experience in Quanum eLabs. Strong working knowledge of Lab Services Manager (LSM) and the Lab suite of products is a must.
Proven ability to manage multiple product lines or workstreams with competing priorities in a fast‑paced, agile environment. Strong knowledge of digital product development practices, UX/UI, and systems architecture principles. Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and use of tools like Jira, Confluence.
Excellent communication skills across stakeholders, including business, engineering, clinical operations, and leadership. Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with a data‑driven mindset and fluency in KPIs and digital performance metrics. Familiarity with QMS processes, regulatory frameworks, and change management approaches within the healthcare or lab space. #J-18808-Ljbffr
