Your Mission As our Product Manager , you'll take the lead in shaping the future of Target's core product areas: Arrears , Customer Lifecycle , and Payments . You’ll own the strategic roadmap, guide product evolution, and ensure our offerings remain competitive, compliant, scalable — and irresistibly compelling to our clients. You’ll also play a pivotal role in supporting bids and sales, designing commercially strong, customer‑centric solutions that set us apart in the market.

What You'll Be Doing Leading & developing a high‑performing Product Team Owning the end‑to‑end strategic product roadmap Spotting industry trends and translating them into product opportunities Working closely with Product Owners to deliver against roadmap priorities Partnering with Bid, Sales and Solutions teams to shape winning propositions Representing the customer — ensuring meaningful value and strong outcomes Facilitating workshops, demos, and discovery sessions Making smart decisions around priorities, scope and trade‑offs Monitoring performance, adoption and product outcomes #J-18808-Ljbffr
