Role Description Drive the development and management of the product portfolio across healthcare and pharmaceutical segments by identifying market opportunities, sourcing competitive products, and ensuring strong positioning within hospitals and institutional markets. The role focuses on product strategy, vendor management, pricing, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities • Manage and grow the product portfolio across pharma, surgical, critical care, and healthcare supply categories • Identify and onboard new products based on market demand and customer requirements • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing strategy • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for sourcing, negotiations, and product availability • Ensure product quality, compliance, and documentation standards • Work closely with sales teams to drive product adoption and market penetration • Support tenders and institutional business with product specifications and technical documentation • Monitor product performance, margins, and lifecycle optimization • Track industry trends and identify opportunities for portfolio expansion Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor’s Degree (MBA preferred) • 3–6 years of experience in product management, sourcing, or healthcare/pharma industry • Strong knowledge of pharma, surgical, critical care, or healthcare products • Experience in vendor management and product sourcing • Understanding of hospital procurement and institutional business preferred • Exposure to pricing strategy and product lifecycle management Skills • Product strategy & portfolio management • Market analysis & pricing • Vendor negotiation & coordination • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Cross-functional collaboration Additional Requirements • Willingness to travel for vendor meetings and market visits • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
