K&M Product Manager Reports to: Head of K&M Product At Kitchen & Market, we believe good food is personal—and so is the way we work. We’re a friendly bunch, and we’re looking for a Product Manager who fits that mold. This role manages the full lifecycle of K&M products, including data tracking, launch timelines, seasonal transitions, and e-commerce, but it’s also a people role.

You’ll spend real time in our stores, training retail team members, building trust with store leads, and turning first-hand observations into smarter decisions. Key Responsibilities: Product Ownership Own K&M product performance across shelf fill, shrink, and sales; identify gaps and drive solutions with store and product teams. Spend one day per week in stores to build relationships, gather first-hand insights, and support team training.

Foster open communication between store teams and the product department. Product Launch & Project Management Create and manage timelines for all product launches, seasonal swaps, and discontinuations, in coordination with the product team. Align on product margins and retail pricing with the product team; oversee the item review process.

Implement and maintain ECRS and DCG systems; train order writers and coordinate ongoing support with store leadership. Product Analytics Set and manage ECRS order parameters; oversee product costing databases (ChefTec and ECRS) to maintain accurate retail prices and cost data. Review product performance across all categories; make data-driven recommendations on adjustments, discontinuations, and growth opportunities.

E-Commerce Maintain Shopify and supporting platforms for holiday and special event e-commerce. Collaborate with the product team on product mix and availability; manage holiday delivery logistics. What We’re Looking For 3+ years in product management, retail operations, or food & beverage, with exposure to both in-store and e-commerce environments.

Strong analytical skills—comfortable pulling reports, spotting trends, and translating data into clear recommendations. Experience with ECRS or similar POS/inventory platforms; familiarity with ChefTec is a plus. Hands-on experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms, including seasonal campaigns and order logistics.

Strong communicator and relationship-builder across store teams, operations, and product stakeholders. A passion for food and the K&M customer experience. Compensation & Benefits Salary: $80,000–$90,000 per year, depending on experience.
