Our clients, a fast-growing, digital-first company is looking for a Product Manager to join its expanding product team. *Up to £65,000 - Hybrid - Plus Bonus The Role You’ll work across the full product lifecycle—from discovery and ideation through to launch and optimisation—within a fast-paced eCommerce environment. This is a hands-on role where you’ll design and run A/B tests , using data and user insight to inform product decisions and drive measurable improvements to performance. What You’ll Be Doing Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests from hypothesis to analysis Define success metrics and ensure strong experimental design Collaborate closely with engineering to implement accurate, trackable tests Partner with data/BI teams to monitor KPIs and uncover insights Analyse results and present clear, actionable recommendations Work with design and user research to inform hypotheses with user insight Manage and prioritise the experimentation roadmap What We’re Looking For Experience in a Product, CRO, or Growth role Hands-on experience running A/B or multivariate tests (not just reporting) Strong understanding of experimental design (control groups, sample sizes, statistical significance) Experience in a high-end retail eCommerce environment (essential) Highly collaborative and comfortable working cross-functionally Why Join?
