Job Description
We are looking for a Russian-speaking, hands-on Project Manager with strong Product Management skills to join a small, early-stage fintech environment. You will work directly with the CTO, engineering team, and business stakeholders to turn incomplete business ideas into clear product requirements, user flows, wireframes, prioritized backlogs, and executable delivery plans. This is a full-time role working EST hours.
Fintech experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
Turn vague or incomplete business requests into clear requirements, user flows, low-fidelity wireframes, user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog items, and delivery plans.
Own backlog refinement and prioritization based on business value, urgency, risk, dependencies, and engineering effort.
Plan and coordinate sprints and releases while managing scope, blockers, risks, dependencies, and changing requirements.
Work closely with the CTO, engineers, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements, resolve product and technical tradeoffs, make practical decisions, and keep key changes documented.
