JOB SUMMARY The Manager Product is responsible for defining and executing the product vision, roadmap, and governance framework for assigned enterprise platforms while leading a team of product or platform professionals. This role ensures solutions align with corporate strategy, IT governance standards, and enterprise operational objectives. The Product Manager balances strategic product ownership with team leadership, driving adoption, compliance, and continuous improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES Define and execute product strategy and roadmap aligned with enterprise objectives and long-term platform sustainability. Lead and develop a team of product leads, analysts, or administrators to ensure effective delivery and operational excellence.

Establish governance frameworks, standards, and policies to ensure compliant and scalable platform usage. Prioritize product initiatives and allocate team resources to meet short- and mid-term objectives. Partner with executive stakeholders to align product direction with business strategy.

Oversee integrations, security controls, configuration standards, and platform performance. Develop KPIs and performance metrics to measure adoption, operational efficiency, and business value. Manage vendor relationships, contracts, escalations, and strategic planning discussions.

Identify enterprise risks and ensure mitigation strategies are implemented. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS DEGREE TYPE: Bachelor's Degree FIELD(S) OF STUDY: Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field EXPERIENCE Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, enterprise systems ownership, or related discipline.

Minimum of 2 years of people management experience. Experience developing short- to mid-term (1–3 year) product strategies and execution plans. Experience overseeing governance frameworks and enterprise platform implementations.

Preferred: Experience leading enterprise-scale platform transformations. Experience managing vendor relationships and budgets. COMPETENCIES & SKILLS Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.

Strategic planning and roadmap development expertise. Strong executive communication and stakeholder influence skills. Financial and resource planning awareness.

Ability to manage competing priorities and complex initiatives. Strong understanding of IT governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
