We are recruiting for a Product Manager on behalf of a client.The client is one of the fastest growing medical device companies in the Uk, also with an International footprint.

Job Summary

The Product Manager will take ownership of allocated brands and be responsible for developing and delivering the brand strategy and marketing plan in line with agreed commercial objectives.

As a B2B healthcare business working within the NHS, the role requires a commercially minded and analytical person who is confident using sales, market, customer and CRM data to understand brand performance, identify growth opportunities and translate insights into targeted, measurable marketing campaigns.

Working closely with the Sales and Clinical teams, the Product Manager will develop a strong understanding of customer and account needs, competitor activity and market dynamics to shape brand strategy and marketing activity.

Digital, social media, content, events and exhibitions form part of the wider marketing mix and will be used as supporting channels to deliver the brand strategy and commercial objectives.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of allocated brands and develop and deliver the annual brand strategy and marketing plan.
  • Analyse sales, market, customer and CRM data to understand brand performance and identify trends, gaps and growth opportunities.
  • Translate data and customer insights into targeted B2B marketing campaigns for priority NHS accounts, customer groups and healthcare professionals.
  • Develop customer and account segmentation to ensure marketing activity is focused on the right audiences and commercial opportunities.
  • Work closely with Sales and Clinical teams to understand customer needs, barriers and opportunities and translate these into effective marketing activity.
  • Develop and execute integrated brand campaigns using the most appropriate marketing channels.
  • Set clear campaign objectives, measure performance and ROI, and use results to optimise future activity.
  • Develop market intelligence and monitor competitor activity, customer trends and changes within the NHS environment.
  • Gain customer and product usage insights through research, surveys, field visits, customer feedback and user evaluations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
  • Manage allocated brand budgets and ensure investment is aligned with commercial priorities.
  • Work collaboratively across Marketing, Sales, Clinical and Graphics teams.
