What you'll do

• Manage the delivery of the Goals Platform, focusing on digital experiences and data visualization for pilots in Wollongong and the United States.
• Improve B2B web experiences, specifically the pricing page, by running experiments to increase conversion and clarify value for enterprise customers.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, marketers, and analysts to launch projects from scoping through to final iteration.
• Prioritize tasks and make trade-offs to keep projects on schedule.
• Use quantitative and qualitative data to identify opportunities and measure the impact of new features.
• Execute A/B testing and conversion rate optimization to boost engagement across web properties.
• Communicate progress and strategy to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, specifically within digital marketing, websites, or CMS environments.
• Demonstrated success in growth, experimentation, and conversion rate optimization.
• Ability to analyze data independently to inform product decisions.
• Experience managing B2B or SaaS web projects, such as lead capture or pricing pages.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with cross-functional teams.
• Self-sufficient work style with a focus on immediate delivery and execution.
