Summary Develop a deep understanding of the current platform, working closely with the development teams to translate technical capabilities into customer-centric solutions.

Create product roadmaps, managing new release timelines and communicating these across internal and external stakeholders. Take ownership of aligning the product function with the strategic goals of the business. Manage the product life cycle across LoweConex’s growing product portfolio.

Drive governance, best practices, and operating models for integration product management across teams. Solve any challenges using creativity, data and customer feedback to recommend solutions to inform any decisions about the product strategy. Stay informed and up to date about emerging technologies and methodologies.

Maintain curiosity and inspire others about the value of the product function in the business. Build and maintain strong relationships across the wider group. Requirements Significant experience of a similar role as Product Manager or Owner in a fast-paced technology environment.

Exposure to Agile methodologies and cross functional team collaboration. Experience in energy, IoT, smart buildings or related domains. Curious, self motivated, and able to work independently.

Comfortable with ambiguity and proactive in identifying opportunities. A team player with strong communication skills and a desire to share knowledge. Exceptional candidates who do not meet these criteria may be considered for the role provided they have the necessary skills and experience.
