About the Role We are looking for a seasoned Product Manager to own the end-to-end product experience for our Business Platform. You will work closely with stakeholders across functions — Operations, Finance, HR, Sales, and Customer Success — to deeply understand their workflows, identify inefficiencies, and translate business needs into scalable product solutions. This role demands strong business acumen, process thinking, and the ability to build and defend a roadmap backed by clear business cases.
Requirements Must Have 5–8 years of Product Management experience, with significant focus on business platforms, enterprise applications, or B2B SaaS Demonstrated ability to engage directly with business stakeholders and translate operational needs into product requirements Experience building business cases and defending roadmap priorities with data and business rationale Strong command of process mapping, information architecture, and workflow design Hands-on experience owning third-party integrations (CRM, ERP, HRMS, support, or analytics tools) Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Figma, and web analytics tools Solid Agile/Scrum experience as a Product Owner in cross-functional teams Comfortable working with funnel data, process metrics, and operational KPIs What Success Looks Like (12 Months) Deep working relationships established with key business stakeholders across all major functions A clear, business-case-backed roadmap covering the next 2–3 quarters — bought in by leadership and actively shipped against At least two major workflow improvements or integrations delivered, with measurable reduction in manual effort or process friction A consistent cadence of stakeholder reviews, roadmap updates, and post-launch retrospectives in place
