Overview Product Manager – SaaS Payments Infrastructure Location: Downtown Montreal office (flexible hybrid: 2–3 days a week in-office preferred) Type: Full-time Fiska sits at the intersection of integrated payments and software, with a vision of building the leading commerce platform that makes it easier for software companies to embed payments into their business model. Our partners (software vendors and software companies) use Fiska to activate a range of value-added payment solutions that are convenient and integrate seamlessly into their workflows. Through Fiska, our partners can get to market quickly, maximize customer adoption, and minimize the cost and complexity of operating a payment solution.

We’re profitable and not dependent on external funding . We focus on results, not titles. The Role We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team and drive the development of new payments products for SaaS platforms.

You’ll work closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to take products from concept to launch and beyond. Responsibilities Collaborate with engineering to design, build, and enhance payment products for SaaS platforms. Manage, plan and coordinate the development of new products, enhancements of existing products and technical solutions based on short-term and long-term needs.

Partner with teammates to gather requirements and validate product concepts. Determines reasonable roadmaps and deadlines for new products and product enhancements, considering priority, customer needs , financial limitations , staffing requirements and availability of resources. Write product specifications, user stories, and documentation for engineering teams.

Oversee and support the product build process , ensuring timely delivery and quality. Stay up to date with market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs . Manage and strengthen supplier relationships .

Requirements 3–5 years experience in a product management role, ideally with a SaaS commerce platform . University Degree or equivalent experience Proven hands-on experience building B2B software products from the ground up and ensuring follow-up through the entire life cycle . Highly motivated, ambitious, self-starter with resilience and adaptability.

Comfortable with change, ambiguity, and wearing multiple hats . Nice-to-haves Experience with payments , particularly credit card payments . Strong technical fluency (e.g., APIs).
