Product Manager - Financial Securities

Description We are currently seeking a Product Manager - Financial Securities to join our team. You will play a crucial role in co-developing a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap covering the full product development lifecycle. This includes driving new products, and product changes iteratively and continuously, acting as a product owner within an agile team, and ensuring the product is being tested together with clients to gain insights and ensure readiness to launch before market entry.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the transformation of our firm into an agile organization. #LI-DNI Technologies Application Support Securities Securities Settlement Americas Securities Responsibilities Co-develop a clear product vision, strategy and roadmap covering the full product development lifecycle (including creation, version and infrastructure upgrades, and eventual decommissioning) Drive new products and product changes iteratively and continuously together with cross-functional team members in the pod Act as product owner within an agile team, participating in agile ceremonies and ensuring the product requirements are clear to designers and engineers Ensure the product is being tested together with clients to gain insights and ensure readiness to launch before market entry (e.g., UX testing, end user testing and research insights) Support pod Objective and Key Results and provide relevant product measurements and metrics to meet overall business goals Ensure the quality and compliance of the product, from also a technical and non-functional requirement (i.e. production stability, performance, maintainability) Requirements 13-20 years of experience in product management and business analysis Strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks and product management Experience of delivery of complex products to clients within the financial industry Professional expereince as a Product Manager in the financial sector, ideally in the Investment Bank and Securities domain Experience working with applications supporting Securities settlements & confirmations, preferably US securities settlements through DTCC etc Experience working with settlement & confirmations business/operations stakeholders, documenting as-is and to-be business & process flows, process engineering etc Acquaintance with outcome-focused goals, such as using OKRs (Objectives and Key results) Team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, a true agile mindset and strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong active listening and communication skills to build networks and partnerships at all levels B2+ English level proficiency We offer Opportunity to work on technical challenges that may impact across geographies Vast opportunities for self-development: online university, knowledge sharing opportunities globally, learning opportunities through external certifications Opportunity to share your ideas on international platforms Sponsored Tech Talks & Hackathons Unlimited access to LinkedIn learning solutions Possibility to relocate to any EPAM office for short and long-term projects Focused individual development Benefit package: Health benefits Retirement benefits Paid time off Flexible benefits Forums to explore beyond work passion (CSR, photography, painting, sports, etc.)
