Our sportsbook is available to 95% of the U.S. online bettor market, and we operate 22 retail betting locations, including the only sportsbook inside an NFL stadium at Northwest Stadium. Headquarters is in New York with offices in Denver, Leeds, and Dublin. Role Overview As a Product Manager on the sportsbook team, you’ll lead the Bett‑slip and MyBets experience, delivering intuitive, reliable features that customers trust and use daily.

You’ll own initiatives, shape requirements, and turn concepts into shipped product enhancements. What You’ll Do • Contribute to the direction of key sportsbook areas, driving customer value and engagement. • Support product discovery, translating insights into clear requirements and delivering initiatives aligned with priorities. • Define and track success metrics, reporting performance regularly. • Work with cross‑functional teams (Data, CRM, Commercial, Platform) to deliver cross‑cutting enhancements. • Support the product roadmap and stakeholder alignment. • Coordinate with Marketing, Commercial, Design, Engineering, and Customer Support for smooth delivery and launches. • Balance long‑term thinking with day‑to‑day execution, ensuring clear business and customer value. • Partner with analytics and engineering to support reliable tracking and measurement. • Manage prioritization and sequencing across multiple teams, navigating competing demands. • Build strong relationships across Product, Engineering, Growth, and Marketing, communicating clearly and effectively. What We’re Looking For 3–5 + years of Product Management experience, ideally with customer‑facing digital products.

Experience collaborating with Engineering, Design, and Data to deliver end‑to‑end features. A structured, practical problem‑solver who can decompose complex problems into clear, manageable pieces. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain ideas clearly to varied audiences.

Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with multiple priorities and tangible business impact. Benefits & Salary Salary Range: $115,000 - $135,000 USD. #J-18808-Ljbffr
