At Effortless, you’ll work at the intersection of AI, ERP, Accounting, Fintech, Automation, and Agentic Workflows . What You’ll Own Product Discovery Speak with customers, CAs, accountants, business owners, and finance teams. Identify pain points and uncover opportunities before competitors do.

Convert customer feedback into actionable product insights. Product Strategy Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities. Balance customer requests with long-term platform thinking.

Drive decisions using data, market insights, and first-principles reasoning. Product Delivery Write clear requirements and user stories. Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, QA, Customer Success, and Sales.

Continuously improve products based on outcomes, not assumptions. Skills We’re Looking For Must Have Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking. Exceptional communication skills.

Ability to simplify complex business workflows. Experience working with SaaS, ERP, Fintech, or B2B products. High ownership mindset.

Ability to challenge assumptions and think independently. AI Skills (Important) You don’t need to be an AI engineer. But you must know how to use AI as a force multiplier.
