Akkodis is seeking a Product Manager for Full-time job with a client located in Austin, TX Salary Range: $120K to $160K. (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.) Summary As a Product Manager FPGA, Mixed Signal RF & DSP, you will have personally designed, analysed, or debugged RF and mixed signal DSP systems and will apply that systems intuition to product strategy. You will be responsible for shaping a competitive and innovative product roadmap across VPX, FMC/FMC+, and SOMbased architectures, ensuring offerings meet evolving customer and market needs. Working closely with engineering, sales, and program teams, you will drive product development, oversee feature and technology differentiation, and support go‑to‑market initiatives.

By combining technical insight with strong business acumen, you will ensure mixed‑signal and high‑performance computing products deliver value, align with market trends, and maintain a leadership position within the embedded computing industry. Responsibilities Owns and maintains the product strategy for RF/DSP and FPGA solutions within the overall product system Develops long‑range roadmaps aligned to industry trends and customer need. Conducts competitive analysis across relevant form factors.

Authors business cases and requirements for new products. Leads kick‑off process for new NPD launches. Oversees performance of the multiproduct portfolio.

Interfaces with customers, sales, and partners. Supports secure customer engagements. Provides technical presentations, marketing collateral and training.

Partners with engineering, operations, and leadership. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in engineering, from an accredited college or university (Masters preferred). 7+ years in RF, DSP, FPGA, or embedded defense markets. Product management or technical leadership experience preferred.

Qualifications Ability to build and justify multi‑year business cases. Experience making system level RF trade‑offs (noise figure, SFDR, intermodulation, dynamic range) and understanding how those trade‑offs propagate from antenna through data conversion and DSP Experience in managing relationships with customers and suppliers and interfacing with leadership within the company. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts.

Experience with product concept definition and NPI launches. Has translated RF and DSP theory into real hardware or FPGA implementations and understands where practical systems diverge from ideal models. Experience with embedded electronics and/or software.

Familiarity writing requirements with Military Standards. Ability to interface effectively with all levels of the organization and external customers. Ability to create positive outcomes in an influential leadership position without direct reports.
