- Develop and empower Product teams, creating a strong culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
What we’re looking for:
- 6+ years’ experience in Product Management, Technology or IT delivery within complex environments.
- Strong hands-on experience across Digital Shelf, DAM and PXM applications, ideally covering the full delivery lifecycle.
- A proven track record of developing Product strategies and roadmaps that deliver tangible business value.
- Experience leading Product teams and managing end-to-end delivery.
- Strong senior stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence and challenge at VP/VP-1 level.
- The ability to translate complex business requirements into practical, scalable technology solutions.
- Strong commercial, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using KPIs and performance metrics to drive Product improvement.
Why this role?
This is a great opportunity to take ownership of a strategically important Product portfolio, work directly with senior Business and Technology leaders, and have a genuine influence on the organisation’s customer technology strategy.
If you’re a strategic and commercially minded Product leader with strong DAM, PXM and Digital Shelf experience, and you’re ready to make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.
