Job Description

About the Company A profitable, founder-led business with ten years in the influencer marketing industry, serving leading consumer brands at scale. The company is expanding its AI-native, subscription-based technology platform built on proprietary data, enterprise relationships, and deep category expertise which is enabling brands and agencies to plan, execute, and measure influencer marketing at scale. The Role The product team uses AI-native tools to go from requirement to working product in days, not months.

This means owning the full lifecycle: understanding what a customer actually needs, shaping the right solution, and shipping it yourself. A Product Engineer sits at the intersection of three disciplines that used to require three different people. What You'll Do Own discovery to delivery: join customer calls, extract the real requirement, then build it.

No handoff, no ticket queue. Build with AI-native tools (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) and know when to generate, when to edit, and when to reason from first principles. Make product decisions under uncertainty: scope sensibly, balance speed and correctness, know when to ship.

Think adversarially about your own work: cover edge cases, write tests, catch bugs before users do. What They're Looking For Product-first instinct with enough technical depth to know what's hard, what's easy, and how to build it. You don't need to be a senior engineer, just someone who has built things, understands how system layers fit together, and isn't intimidated by unfamiliar code.

Technical Familiarity Frontend/backend tradeoffs, REST APIs, data modelling, caching, CI/CD, UI component libraries, authentication flows, performance fundamentals. Nice to Have Startup experience, comfort with ambiguity, finished side projects, strong opinions on good software UX, background in creator economy or influencer marketing. The Details Compensation: Market-competitive salary Location: London-based; mostly remote with regular in-person days Work Authorisation: Right to work in UK or EU required.

No visa sponsorship. Benefits: 25 days PTO, company days off, wellness days, L&D budget, annual bonus, paid sick leave.
