The House of Commons’ Digital Services and Real Property is currently looking to staff the Product Delivery Manager position within the Digital Workplace, Products and Services Team. This recruitment and selection process is restricted to DSRP employees.As Product Delivery Manager reporting to the Senior Digital Product Manager, you will lead the delivery, operation, and continuous evolution of a portfolio of digital workplace and production technology products that support collaboration, workplace modernization, and the Parliamentary Precinct’s digital built environment. Leading a multidisciplinary team, you will translate product strategy into actionable delivery plans, manage product roadmaps, and ensure solutions provide measurable value to clients and the organization.
Working closely with business stakeholders, clients, vendors, and technical teams, you will balance business priorities, operational requirements, and technology opportunities while ensuring products and services remain reliable, secure, and aligned with organizational objectives. Success in this role requires strong collaboration and relationship management skills to align priorities, manage dependencies, resolve issues, and support informed decision-making across Digital Services, Real Property, Parliamentary Service Areas, Partners and external vendors. You will contribute to business planning, product governance, and modernization initiatives, foster operational excellence and an exceptional client experience, and lead the growth and success of your direct reports.
The portfolio includes workplace collaboration and meeting technologies, workplace experience solutions, CAD and BIM platforms, digital twin and reality capture technologies, and digital built-environment data services that support both daily parliamentary operations and major modernization projects across the Parliamentary Precinct.
