Product Business Analyst

The Product Business Analyst will support Product managers and other Technology colleagues in an environment of fast-paced, continuous Technology improvements. The Product Business Analyst works closely with Product Managers, stakeholders, QA teams and 3rd party suppliers to understand business needs, translate them into user stories, and ensure solutions deliver maximum value to customers and the organisation. What will you be doing?

Collaborate with Product Managers, Delivery Manager, and internal business stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts to gather, analyse, and refine business requirements Translate business needs into user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria for the Product Management team Participate in Product team processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure solutions meet business needs Analyse, document and maintain business processes, workflows, and system interactions for all existing and new initiatives Work with the Product Test Analyst to validate delivered functionality against acceptance criteria and business expectations Ensure alignment between business objectives and delivered product capabilities Use data and feedback to recommend improvements to product features and business processes Support the delivery team by answering requirement-related questions during sprints What’s in it for you? 29 days of holiday + public holidays each year 5.5% employee pension contribution, 10% employer pension contribution (post-probation) Life assurance scheme (to value of 4 x annual salary) Family-friendly policies e.g. enhanced maternity + paid carers leave Free sanitary products for all employees across our sites Free entrance to many major museums and exhibitions Benefits platform offering discounts at major retailers and many more.
