Job Description
Product Analyst – Lead I, Product Management UST is searching for a Product Analyst to drive the strategy, development, and scale of our B2B platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs with 5-7 years of experience. Responsibilities Analyze product usage, customer behavior, and business metrics to generate actionable insights. Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for product improvement.
Track KPIs such as engagement, conversion, retention, and revenue. Evaluate product performance and recommend optimization strategies. Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities.
Gather customer feedback via surveys, interviews, and usage data. Work with Product Managers, Engineering, UX, and Business teams. Translate business problems into analytical frameworks and solutions.
Support roadmap planning and feature prioritization using data insights. Assist in defining product requirements, user stories, and use cases. Qualifications 5-7 years of experience in product analytics or a related field.
Strong skills in product strategy, market research, product design, and competitor analysis. Experience with data analysis tools and generating actionable insights. Ability to work cross‑functionally and translate findings into measurable plans.
Location & Compensation Role Location: Hybrid-Georgia Compensation Range: $56,000 – $84,000 per year Benefits Full‑time employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, 6 days of paid sick leave, and 10 paid holidays. Eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty.
