Base Location You will be expected to spend 50% of your working week in one of the following locations: Perth, Reading, Dublin, Havant, or Cardiff. Salary £49,004 - £57,728 and a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing, and family. Working Pattern 12 month FTC | Full Time | Flexible First options available.

The Role As Product Analyst you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our IT products. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including business stakeholders, engineers, and delivery leads, to ensure the successful development, implementation, and optimisation of solutions. You Will Conduct in-depth analysis of business requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to define clear and detailed specifications.

Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including engineers, the data team, the delivery lead, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of products into existing systems and processes. Collect and analyse user feedback to refine product features and functionalities, ensuring a user‑centric approach and continuous improvement. Ensure successful delivery of products using Agile methodologies.

You Have Experience with Agile methodologies and proficiency in Business Process Mapping. Understanding of Agile software development practices, including Scrum and Kanban frameworks. Outstanding coordination abilities, with a track record of collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders in business and technical domains.

A degree‑level qualification or relevant experience with well‑developed communication skills and the ability to present and challenge internal and external audiences on business‑critical content. Experience in supporting team facilitation and management tools, e.g. Azure DevOps or Jira.
