Produce Clerk (PT)

Produce Clerk (Part-Time) Reports to: Store Director FLSA Status: Non-Exempt As a Produce Clerk, you will help to maintain a well-stocked, fresh, and visually appealing produce department. In this role, you will be responsible for stocking fruits and vegetables, rotating inventory to ensure freshness, and keeping displays clean and organized. You will assist customers by answering questions and providing recommendations on produce selection. This position plays a key role in ensuring that our produce department delivers high-quality products and an excellent shopping experience. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Stock and replenish produce Rotate inventory Inspect produce quality Maintain cleanliness Assist Customers Set up displays Support front-end staff when necessary Monitor and maintain proper storage Handle and prepare produce Operate equipment safely Support inventory management Follow food safety standards Perform all other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
