Note: Immediate Joiner ; Salary for this role is upto 7 LPA Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Specialist with 2β3 years of experience in IT Procurement, Telecom Infrastructure, and Vendor Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing IT hardware, software, networking equipment, telecom products, and related services while ensuring cost optimization, quality compliance, and timely delivery. Note: Immediate Joiner Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end procurement activities for IT infrastructure, networking, telecom, and data center requirements.
Source and procure IT hardware, software licenses, networking devices, telecom equipment, and related services from approved vendors. Obtain and evaluate quotations, negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers. Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely order fulfillment.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, suppliers, and service providers. Coordinate with internal stakeholders including IT, Network Operations, Project Management, and Finance teams to understand procurement requirements. Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of critical IT and telecom assets.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contractual obligations, and organizational standards. Track procurement budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities. Maintain procurement documentation, vendor records, contracts, and purchase history.
Resolve supplier-related issues, including delivery delays, quality concerns, and invoice discrepancies. Support vendor evaluation, onboarding, performance reviews, and contract renewals. Required Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of IT Procurement and Telecom Infrastructure Procurement.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and procurement management tools.
Knowledge of contract management, purchase lifecycle, and procurement compliance. Preferred Qualifications Bachelorβs degree in engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Certification in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Vendor Management is an added advantage.
Experience working in Telecom, Managed Services, ISP, System Integration, or IT Infrastructure organizations.
