Procurement Manager

We’re looking for a Project Manager (Procurement) with 4–7 years of experience to support procurement and supply chain programs. This role will serve as the central point of contact for assigned projects, ensuring coordination, communication, and execution of key milestones.

Must be local to the Chicago, IL area. Hybrid role in Downtown Chicago.

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate project activities, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned projects and collaborate with stakeholders across procurement, supply chain, and compliance teams.
• Lead weekly project meetings, document action items, and provide status updates.
• Identify potential risks, issues, and gaps, escalating concerns and supporting mitigation strategies.
• Maintain project timelines, documentation, and data integrity in internal systems.
• Support reporting and dashboard creation using Tableau to track supplier performance, compliance, and operational metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and recommend process improvements.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or project coordination.
• Hands‑on experience with Coupa, MTCM, Agile environments, and ERP platforms such as Oracle.
• Knowledge of procurement compliance processes and both direct/indirect procurement activities.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Tableau.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Preferred:

• PMP or CAPM certification.
• Experience with international trade, global regulatory environments, or federal contract regulations.
• Experience supporting complex, cross‑functional projects.
