Procurement Manager

We’re looking for a strategic, hands‑on Procurement Manager who’s excited to own vendor relationships, drive meaningful cost savings, and directly impact patient care across a multi‑location healthcare organization.

What You’ll Do Own procurement strategy for clinical supplies, implants, capital equipment, and services Lead RFPs, contract negotiations, and vendor partnerships that deliver measurable value Collaborate with surgeons, clinical leadership, finance, and operations to balance cost efficiency with exceptional patient outcomes Build and manage standardized formularies and preferred vendor programs Use data and analytics to identify savings opportunities, reduce waste, and improve inventory performance Support acquisitions, new practice onboarding, and de novo locations as OMS360 scales What We’re Looking For 5+ years of procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience (healthcare, dental, or multi‑site environments preferred) Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field Proven success negotiating vendor contracts and managing supplier relationships Strong analytical skills with experience using procurement systems, ERPs, and Excel Ability to influence across clinical and non‑clinical stakeholders with confidence Comfortable building structure and process in a fast‑growing, entrepreneurial environment Ability to handle large data sets and ensure pricing and calculated savings are reflected on vendor invoices and EBITDA results Why OMS360 High‑visibility role with direct impact on patient care and financial performance Growth‑oriented culture with opportunity to shape and expand the role Collaborative leadership team that values expertise, initiative, and partnership Competitive compensation and benefits Benefits Medical insurance Vision insurance 401(k) Job Details Seniority level: Associate Employment type: Full‑time Job function: Finance Industries: Hospitals and Health Care #J-18808-Ljbffr
