Procurement Manager

Our client is seeking a talented Procurement Manager to lead impactful procurement projects and support global category strategies. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of procurement across UK and global operations, working collaboratively with senior category management. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end procurement projects, including sourcing strategies, tender processes, contract negotiations, and supplier onboarding.

Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans aligned with organisational goals. Drive cost savings, value creation, and risk mitigation in key spend categories. Conduct market analysis and lead supplier selection, ensuring commercial and compliance best practices.

Build strong supplier relationships and monitor performance through KPIs. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure procurement strategies support business needs. Requirements: Proven experience in strategic procurement, category management, and leading complex projects.

Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and project management capabilities. Knowledge of contract law, risk frameworks, and e-procurement systems (desirable).

Professional accreditation such as CIPS (desirable). Experience: Demonstrated success in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and delivering measurable outcomes. Ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver procurement transformation initiatives (desirable).
