Process Improvement Analyst – Tech & Operations Remote (UK) | Occasional London team meetings so South East UK preferred but open to other locations. £30,000–£40,000 + 10% Bonus + excellent additional benefits. Configured Recruitment is partnering with a growing technology business looking to hire a Process Improvement Analyst to support operational and systems improvement initiatives across the company. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys improving the way businesses operate streamlining processes and becoming a go-to person for advocating / championing systems and technology internally. You do not need to be the finished article, we are looking for someone with solid foundations, curiosity and the drive to develop. Reporting into a Senior Process Improvement Manager, you’ll have the chance to learn, take ownership of key initiatives and help transform how the company is operating. The Role You’ll help identify operational inefficiencies, map and improve processes, support automation initiatives and act as a technology and systems champion across the business. This role combines operational improvement with technology enablement making it ideal for someone who enjoys both process thinking and systems optimisation. Key Responsibilities Support process improvement initiatives across operational teams Map and document current and future-state business processes Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and automation Work with internal stakeholders to improve workflows and ways of working Support implementation and optimisation of business systems and tools Act as an internal tech champion helping teams better utilise systems and technology Analyse operational pain points and recommend practical improvements Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment What We’re Looking For We’re open to candidates from a variety of sectors and backgrounds including technology, payments, fintech, operations, consulting or business transformation environments. You may currently be working as a (some examples): Process Improvement Analyst Operations Analyst Business Process Analyst Business Systems Analyst Continuous Improvement Analyst Transformation Analyst Operations Coordinator with systems or process exposure.
