We are seeking an experienced and motivated *Private Client Solicitor* to join our busy office.
*The Role*
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of private client matters, including:
* Drafting Wills and providing estate planning advice * Administration of estates and probate matters * Preparation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney * Court of Protection matters * Trust creation and administration * Inheritance Tax planning * Advising elderly and vulnerable clients
You will be expected to manage your own caseload independently while contributing to the continued growth and success of the department.
*About You*
The ideal candidate will:
* Be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with experience in Private Client work with at least 5 years PQE * Have strong technical knowledge across all aspects of private client law * Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills * Be organised, proactive and able to manage a busy caseload * Have experience of business development (desirable) * Be a team player with a positive and professional attitude
