What You'll Be Doing Manage the full 360 recruitment process, including client development, candidate sourcing, interviews, and successful placements Build and maintain deep relationships with engineering and energy-focused clients across Austin and nationally Provide consultative support to clients on hiring strategies, team structure, and market trends Source high-caliber candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals Guide candidates through every step of the process, from first contact to offer acceptance Drive business growth by hitting revenue goals and working toward future leadership opportunities What We're Looking For At least 2 years of experience in full-desk or 360 recruitment, ideally within engineering or energy A strong history of business development success, with experience closing deals and growing client relationships Solid understanding of the engineering and energy landscape, with experience hiring for roles in: Renewable Energy and Power Distribution Battery, Hydrogen, and Solar Technologies Nuclear Power and Transmission Oil and Gas, Petrochemicals, and Utilities Energy Infrastructure and Power Generation A strategic, consultative mindset with excellent communication and client management skills Self-starter mentality, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment Why Join Oscar?
