Job DescriptionWE ARE HIRING: PRINCIPAL – LAW Accurate College of Law, Greater Noida Approved by the Bar Council of India (BCI) Accurate College of Law invites applications from accomplished academicians and visionary leaders for the position of Principal. The ideal candidate should possess strong academic credentials, proven administrative capabilities, and a clear vision for strengthening legal education, research, institutional development, and industry–academia engagement. Key Responsibilities: • Provide academic and administrative leadership to the College of Law. • Ensure compliance with the norms and regulations of the Bar Council of India, UGC, affiliating university, and other statutory bodies. • Lead curriculum planning, academic delivery, examinations, faculty development, and quality-assurance initiatives. • Promote legal research, publications, moot courts, legal-aid activities, seminars, workshops, and national-level competitions. • Strengthen internships, court visits, industry exposure, placements, and collaborations with law firms, advocates, corporate legal departments, and judicial institutions. • Mentor faculty members and students while fostering a disciplined, inclusive, and academically enriching environment. • Support admissions, student engagement, institutional branding, accreditation, and long-term strategic development. • Maintain all academic records, statutory documentation, reports, and approvals required by regulatory authorities. • Develop a strong professional network with members of the judiciary, senior advocates, legal professionals, universities, and industry bodies.

Eligibility and Experience: • Ph.D. in Law is mandatory. • Master’s degree in Law with the academic qualifications and experience prescribed under applicable UGC, BCI, and affiliating university norms. • Substantial teaching, research, and academic-administration experience in a recognised law institution. • Prior experience as Principal, Dean, Head of Department, or in a similar academic leadership position will be preferred. • Strong record of research, publications, institutional development, and faculty leadership. • Excellent communication, decision-making, team-management, and regulatory-compliance skills.
