Description Principal ERP Developer provides technical development services throughout the System Development Life-cycle (SDLC) including leading requirements gathering, design specification, code development, unit, integration, and acceptance testing and implementation support. Principal IS Applications Analyst – Remote This position works 100% remotely and is open to candidates residing in: Alaska Washington Montana Oregon California Texas – within 65 miles of Lubbock, Levelland or Plainview New Mexico – within 65 miles of Hobbs Essential Skills Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) / FAW Proficiency in data modeling, ETL/ELT concepts, and data integration frameworks Hands‑on experience with custom subject areas and dashboard development Experience integrating third‑party data sources (REST APIs, external DBs, SaaS platforms) Knowledge of Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and visualization best practices Strong SQL and data transformation skills Understanding of ERP domains (Finance, SCM, HCM) is preferred Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, or an equivalent combination of education and experience 10+ years of experience as systems analyst developer including at least two years supporting Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain, or Payroll; two or more of these business application areas preferred 4 years of experience with Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) Strong experience with Java Enterprise (JEE) programming Experience with Oracle ADF, MAF, JET, OCS containers, micro‑services Experience with test automation Experience with continuous integration tools such as Hudson Strong public cloud infrastructure background – Oracle, AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google, OpenStack variants Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree in Information Services, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, or a related field 5 years of experience with any Oracle Fusion Cloud modules (HCM, Payroll, Supply Chain and/or Finance) 5 years of experience with Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse, Oracle Data Integrator, and Oracle Integration Cloud 5 years of experience supporting OAC/FDI/FAW and BI products Advanced knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, data modeling and data warehouse design Consulting experience leading end‑to‑end cloud‑based data and analytics engagements Knowledge of data governance, data quality frameworks, and AI/GenAI tools Lead end‑to‑end solution design for FDI analytics, including data modeling, semantic layer configuration, and dashboard development Salary Range by Location AK: Anchorage – Min $60.92, Max $96.18 AK: Kodiak, Seward, Valdez – Min $63.50, Max $100.26 California: Humboldt – Min $63.50, Max $100.26 California: All Northern California – Min $71.25, Max $112.48 California: All Southern California – Min $63.50, Max $100.26 California: Bakersfield – Min $63.50, Max $100.26 Montana: Except Great Falls – Min $49.05, Max $77.43 Montana: Great Falls – Min $46.47, Max $73.36 Oregon: Non‑Portland Service Area – Min $56.79, Max $89.66 Oregon: Portland Service Area – Min $60.92, Max $96.18 Texas – Min $46.47, Max $73.36 Washington: Western – Min $63.50, Max $100.26 Washington: Southwest – Min $60.92, Max $96.18 Washington: Tukwila – Min $63.50, Max $100.26 Washington: Eastern – Min $54.21, Max $85.59 Washington: Southeast – Min $56.79, Max $89.66 Benefits Summary Providence offers a comprehensive benefits package including a retirement 401(k) savings plan with employer matching, health care (medical, dental, vision), life and disability insurance, paid parental leave, vacation and holiday time, voluntary and well‑being resources, and other incentives.
