About the Role: Were looking for a Principal Software Engineer to join the Continuous Delivery Platforms team the group responsible for owning and evolving the internal CI/CD platform that is the backbone of software delivery across the enterprise.

Youll work at the intersection of platform engineering, infrastructure, and developer experience, designing and building the systems that every engineering team depends on to ship software reliably and quickly. This is a high-impact, highly technical role. Youll set technical direction, mentor senior engineers, and partner closely with engineering leadership to shape the future of how we build and deliver software.

What Youll Do: Architect, build, and operate the internal CI/CD platform, including pipeline infrastructure, build systems, artifact management, and deployment tooling.

Lead the design of scalable, reliable Kubernetes-based infrastructure across AWS and Azure. Drive platform adoption and developer-experience improvements across the broader engineering organization. Define and champion engineering standards, patterns, and best practices for CI/CD and platform engineering.

Partner with security, reliability, and product engineering teams to ensure the platform meets organizational needs. Evaluate and integrate new tooling including GenAI-powered developer tools to improve team velocity and platform capabilities. Mentor and provide technical leadership to engineers on the team; elevate the craft of the people around you.

Contribute to roadmap planning and translate ambiguous problems into clear technical strategies. What Youll Bring: Required: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with significant time in platform, infrastructure, or DevOps domains. Deep expertise with Kubernetes youve designed and operated production-grade clusters, not just deployed workloads onto them.

Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD systems (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar). Strong proficiency in Go and/or Python; you write production-quality code, not just scripts. Meaningful experience with cloud platforms AWS and/or Azure including networking, IAM, managed services, and cost management.

Proven ability to define technical direction and drive it to execution across a team or organization. Strong communication skills; able to influence without authority and align stakeholders across teams. Nice to Have: Experience building internal developer platforms (IDPs) or platform-as-a-product thinking.

Familiarity with GitOps patterns and tooling (ArgoCD, Flux). Experience integrating GenAI tools into developer workflows (e.g., Claude, Copilot, or building custom tooling on top of LLM APIs). Contributions to open source infrastructure or DevOps tooling.

Exposure to FinOps, platform observability, or SRE practices. Must Have Skills: Kubernetes at production scale designing and operating clusters, not just deploying to them. Building and operating CI/CD systems (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar).

Production-quality Go and/or Python. Cloud platform depth on AWS and/or Azure (networking, IAM, managed services, cost management). Platform, infrastructure, or DevOps engineering at depth.

Setting technical direction and driving cross-team or org-wide execution. Integrating GenAI-powered developer tools into engineering workflows.
