Principal Architect (Luxury Residential & Commercial Construction Projects)

Company: Adira Homes Location: Gurugram / Delhi NCR Experience Required: Minimum 5–6 Years Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Principal Architect to lead the architectural design and planning division for premium residential projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in luxury villa design, modern residential architecture, client coordination, project execution, and end-to-end construction understanding. This role requires a balance of design excellence, technical knowledge, leadership ability, and client-facing communication skills to deliver high-end residences aligned with the quality standards of Adira Homes. Key Responsibilities Design & Planning * Lead architectural design for luxury residences, villas, and premium homes. * Develop innovative concepts, layouts, façade designs, and spatial planning solutions. * Prepare and review: * Concept drawings * Working drawings * GFC drawings * Presentation drawings * 3D design coordination * Ensure designs comply with local building by-laws and regulations. Project Leadership * Manage projects from concept to execution. * Coordinate with structural consultants, MEP consultants, interior designers, and site teams. * Conduct regular site visits to ensure design accuracy and quality execution. * Resolve technical and architectural issues during construction. Client Management * Attend client meetings and understand lifestyle requirements. * Present design concepts and material palettes confidently. * Handle revisions while maintaining design integrity and project timelines. Team Management * Lead and mentor junior architects and drafting teams. * Ensure timely delivery of drawings and project milestones. * Maintain design quality and documentation standards. Vendor & Material Coordination * Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers. * Recommend premium materials, finishes, and architectural elements suitable for luxury residences. Required Skills & Qualifications Educational Qualification * Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch) * Registration with the Council of Architecture preferred.

Experience * Minimum 5–6 years of experience in residential architecture. * Experience in luxury or premium residential projects is mandatory. Technical Skills * Strong proficiency in: * AutoCAD * SketchUp * Revit * Lumion / Enscape * Photoshop * MS Office * Strong understanding of: * Residential construction techniques * Building materials * Site execution * Interior detailing * Vastu principles (preferred) Soft Skills * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Strong aesthetic sense and design vision * Leadership and team handling capability * Problem-solving mindset * Client relationship management skills Preferred Candidate Profile * Passionate about luxury residential architecture. * Strong portfolio showcasing modern premium residences. * Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. * Detail-oriented with strong execution understanding. * Familiarity with Haryana / Gurugram building norms is an advantage.
