We are hiring on behalf of a leading engineering consultancy seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer to join their growing Cardiff team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer ready to take full ownership of projects , lead technical delivery, and play a key role in shaping both project outcomes and team development. What You’ll Be Doing Lead the technical delivery of electrical design across diverse projects Develop early-stage design strategies aligned with client briefs and standards Act as the key point of contact for clients and multidisciplinary teams Coordinate stakeholders to ensure high-quality, timely project delivery Support commercial aspects , including resource planning and fee monitoring Mentor and develop junior engineers and apprentices What We’re Looking For Strong knowledge of tools such as Revit, BIM, Dialux, Relux, and Electrical OM Background within a multidisciplinary consultancy environment Confident in client-facing roles and leading technical discussions Demonstrated ability to lead and manage engineering teams A collaborative approach with a focus on quality and innovation Why Apply?
