Job Description
Monarch Education, part of affinity workforce, are currently working closely with schools in and around the Sandwell area who are looking for a full-time Teacher to join their teams in September.
This is a full time, some have full responsibility and others day to day teaching role.
The schools are looking for an experienced individuals who are always willing to go the extra mile for all children in their care, who strive to provide high-quality learning, which enables each child to realise their full potential to meet targets.
The Ideal candidate will need, but not perfected too:
- Hold a recognised teacher qualification, QTS or Equivalent
- Have excellent knowledge of the EYFS / KS1/ KS2 national curriculum
- Proven record of having experience of outstanding classroom practice
- Is flexible and can adapt quickly in different school environments
- Be passionate about securing the best outcomes, inspiring and supporting all children
- Be a team player, demonstrating humility, be supports to all colleagues and can communicate readily and easily
- Possess a positive energy and enthusiasm for learning as well as a 'can-do' attitude to all aspects of the role and asks of the school
- Have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Able to control behaviour management
