Pricing Analyst (Atlanta)

Pricing Analyst (SQL, Excel) Opportunity to join a global industry-leading company! You will be responsible for analyzing e-commerce data to support merchants in data-driven decision making regarding online product pricing. You will primarily perform proactive/reactive engagement with merchants; you will also spend some time supporting strategic projects. You will support merchants on sales growth, gross margin, and promotions strategies. Once new strategies are implemented, you will track and report on performance. This is a 12-month contract (potential for extension or conversion to perm). You must work fully onsite (Mon-Fri) in the Vinings area. RESPONSIBILITIES: Support cross-functional teams on online pricing strategy to increase online sales Point of contact for internal merchant partners Gather data from multiple teams/resources Extract data via SQL Analyze and organize data to make actionable decisions/recommendations Visualize and report solutions/performance via Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint Execute on delivery of findings REQUIRED SKILLS: Bachelor's Degree 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst 1+ years of Pricing or Financial Analysis experience (Pricing is ideal) 1+ years of SQL experience (writing queries from scratch) Experience uncovering trends in data and making data-driven recommendations/decisions Strong Excel skills - VLOOKUPs, SUMIFs, Macros, Pivot Tables Detail-oriented and excellent communication skills W2 ONLY; NO 3rd Parties or Visa Sponsorship/Transfers
