This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on professional who enjoys working with engineered drawings, complex tooling designs, and real-world manufacturing challenges. Compensation Salary: $75,000 $100,000 annually Plus: Lucrative bonus schedule based on performance and results Key Responsibilities Serve as a press brake and tooling design expert, supporting both internal manufacturing teams and external customers Design, specify, and support press brake tooling setups for a wide variety of forming applications Ensure accurate setup, proper safety factors, and optimal tooling performance Collaborate closely with customers and manufacturing teams to deliver practical, high-quality solutions Provide quoting support, including tooling and forming solutions Read, interpret, and apply engineered drawings, ensuring adherence to: Tolerances Legends Materials and material behavior Apply strong knowledge of dimensional analysis to validate designs and forming strategies Support continuous improvement and troubleshooting efforts on the shop floor Required Experience & Skills Minimum of 5 years of experience in press brake tooling and forming Strong experience with: Press brake tooling design and application Setup and forming processes Safety factors and best practices Proven ability to work from and interpret engineered drawings Experience with quoting and customer technical support Solid understanding of: Tolerances Legends Materials and material properties Software & File Experience (Required) Dimensional analysis software STP files SLDW files (SolidWorks) DXF files Adobe Reader Why E.J.
