John Hancock is transforming our Long-Term Care business to help our customers age in place and receive the care that they need. This team focuses on providing access to high-quality and affordable long-term care providers to our customers when they need it. The LTC Preferred Provider Analyst will be focused on supporting the execution of our long-term care provider network strategy and providing key analysis to help us drive value through actionable insights and reporting.

Position Responsibilities Analyze data and work with management to develop creative solutions to drive business value. Conduct weekly, monthly, and ad‑hoc reporting including network engagement metrics such as key funnel and journey analytics both over the phone and digitally. Create provider network scorecards to assess partner performance.

Work closely with Actuarial and Advanced Analytics/AI teams to understand rates and partner business value. Investigate business problems/needs to recommend and implement solutions. Document business opportunities and recommendations including business case metrics.

Research and document business changes and user needs, including workflow procedures, provider needs and end customer needs. Provide key input into measurement of pilot and test plans to validate proof of concepts and gain learnings. Provide input into key provider data required to manage and assess network performance.

Understand comprehensive provider data models to support roadmap initiatives. Act as business unit liaison with other business units including Information Systems, Human Centered Design, Marketing, Advanced Analytics/AI, etc. in regard to provider data, reporting and network analysis. Required Qualifications 3–5 years of experience Previous experience in Business Analysis or Data Analysis and Reporting Curious and data‑driven individual who focuses on outcomes vs. output Long‑term care or healthcare experience, especially in the area of working with or for providers Knowledge of the geriatric/senior care landscape.

Business knowledge and understanding of geriatric care services (Home Health, Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, etc.). Strong analysis and solution‑oriented mindset. Strong understanding of digital metrics and reporting.

Good understanding of workflow design. Understanding of pilot design and user testing. Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to cultivate relationships with key stakeholders representing a broad range of functions and levels. Effective executive level reporting and ability to summarize actionable insights to senior management. Ability to communicate insights to multiple levels of the organization.

Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, Adobe Analytics, and Power BI. Knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud, and Google Analytics is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Experience building digital capabilities such as finding providers and claims management Demonstrated experience implementing solutions that drive business results.

As part of our global team, we’ll support you in shaping the future you want to see. Salary and Working Arrangement Salary range is expected to be between $73,350.00 USD – $122,250.00 USD. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job‑related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
