Our client, a leading engineering and construction contractor, is seeking an experienced Preconstruction Manager with an Electrical bias to join their growing team in Maynooth.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially aware Preconstruction Manager to lead projects from early engagement through to contract award, working across high-profile sectors including Data Centre, Pharmaceutical and Industrial.
Key responsibilities include managing the preconstruction process, coordinating bid submissions, reviewing technical documentation, supporting estimating activities, developing value engineering solutions, and liaising with clients, consultants, and delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
