Overview Our client specializes in mission‑critical business applications that optimize project and service delivery for mid‑sized to large organizations. The are looking for a Solution Consultant to join their team. This position can be based in Toronto or Montreal. Role & Responsibilities The Solution Consultant will work closely with the sales department to prepare and deliver product presentations that address the customer’s specific needs and business challenges. Ideal candidates for the Solution Consultant position will demonstrate relevant experience and proficiency in all of the following major skill areas, with an emphasis on pre‑sales and customer relationship building. You have the ability to effectively communicate and manage prospect relationships and expectations in a qualified manner. You must lead and actively guide prospects and customers through the selling process and recommend business and technical solutions. Excellent communication skills are required. Required Proficiency Enterprise Software including Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Enterprise Project Management (EPM), Human Resource (HR), financial systems (ERP, accounting and payroll) and business processes (BPM).
Experience in technical software demonstration in a pre‑sales mode is ideal. Past experience in Enterprise Software is required.
