Pre-Sales Solution Architect - AI

As demand for AI and automation continues to accelerate, we're looking for an experienced AI Business Applications Presales Solution Architect to join our growing Copilot + Power Platform Practice.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about AI, business applications, and helping customers solve real-world challenges through Microsoft's modern technology stack.

You'll work alongside our sales teams, customers, partners, and Microsoft to design innovative AI and low-code solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes. From executive workshops and discovery sessions through to solution design and demonstrations, you'll play a pivotal role in winning new business and shaping customer transformation journeys.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading customer discovery sessions to understand business challenges, goals, and opportunities.
• Designing innovative solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Dynamics 365 and wider Business Applications technologies.
• Supporting the sales process through solution architecture, presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and proof of concepts.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them understand the value and potential of AI-powered business transformation.
• Working closely with Account Managers, New Business Sales teams, Microsoft, and strategic partners to identify and develop opportunities.
• Translating technical capabilities into clear business benefits for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Supporting proposal creation, bid responses, and customer-facing solution documentation.
• Staying up to date with emerging Microsoft technologies, particularly within AI, Copilot, Power Platform, and the Business Applications ecosystem.

What We're Looking For

You'll be a consultative, commercially minded solution architect who enjoys working directly with customers and helping organisations embrace innovation.

Essential Experience

• Strong experience in a Presales, Solution Architect, Consultant, or Technical Sales role.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and Business Applications technologies.
• Experience designing solutions that solve real business challenges and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
• Ability to confidently engage with both technical and business audiences.
• Experience working alongside sales teams to develop and win opportunities.
• Passion for AI, automation, and emerging technologies.

Bonus Points For

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot technologies.
• Dynamics 365 knowledge and implementation experience.
• Microsoft certifications across Power Platform, Business Applications, Azure AI, or Copilot.
• Experience delivering workshops, proof of concepts, and executive-level demonstrations.
