Prairies Regional Conservation Manager

Lead impactful wetland restoration efforts in the Prairies Region with Ducks Unlimited Canada. This hybrid role involves managing a 25-member team and a significant budget to achieve conservation goals. As the Regional Manager of Conservation for the Prairies, you will guide restoration programming across the region.

Your leadership will foster professional development and ensure adherence to organizational policies. Additionally, you will set long-term habitat goals and collaborate with national teams to align ecological priorities. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee staff professional development and team succession planning • Lead regional objectives and delivery plans for restoration programs • Manage a budget of $8–10 million for conservation efforts • Build relationships with conservation partners and stakeholders • Ensure compliance with legal and organizational policies Requirements: • Eight years of experience in conservation program delivery • Bachelor’s degree in a conservation-related field • Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire a team • Willingness to travel extensively within the Prairie Provinces • Background in wetland restoration and habitat management Utilize your expertise in conservation and team leadership to drive impactful restoration initiatives across the Prairies. #J-18808-Ljbffr
